How can it be 40 years already for a another reunion, when my youngest son is going to his 10th? OMG. Homestead was a time of independence and discovery, and the future was so unknown. Looking back, I wish I hadn't taken life so seriously and I realize that I spent too much time thinking about the future.. Now, looking forward, I realize that time continues to go faster and faster and I spend more time thinking about the past.
